Developing cooperation in the field of polygraph examiners training

In the framework of the visit to Minsk, Russian psycho-physiological research specialists who use a polygraph visited the Academy of the MIA.

Before it, delegates from Russia spoke at the international interdepartmental seminar-meeting "Modern technologies for conducting special psycho-physiological research in the law enforcement system." The scientific and practical forum gathered  in Minsk polygraph examiners of the law enforcement bodies of our country and Russian specialists. After the conference, the delegation visited the Academy of MIA to discuss cooperation  in the field of education.

The guests were met by the head of the Academy, Major General of the Militia, Sergei Doroshko, who outlined possible areas for further cooperation in both in the educational and research fields. Alexander Pelenitsyn, the rector of the National Lie Detection School (Moscow), expressed interest in groundwork of Belarusian colleagues and showed willingness to share his experience. The National Lie Detection School is the leading non-governmental organization  in Russia that provides training for polygraph examiners.

Discussing the area of  law-enforcement activity, the requirements for the professional level of specialists and the possibility of joint holding of conferences, the participants of this meeting found common ground. The parties consolidated   the intention  to continue the constructive cooperation in the contract.
