Evening Portrait: Exam For the General

At the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs held a portrait evening dedicated to the wires for the well-deserved rest of the major general of militia Vladimir Bachila.

The service path of Vladimir Vladimirovich from junior lieutenant to major general of militia inspires many: cadets and officers.

After serving in the army, the future general entered the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University named after V.I.Lenin, then he studied in the adjuncture of the Moscow Higher School of Militiaof the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The service in the internal affairs bodies has been counting since 1988. He started with work in forensic units of the Department of Internal Affairs in transport of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs.

After completing an adjunct, he served as a teacher, senior teacher, assistant professor of operational work and crime detection at the Academy of Militia, Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 1999, he headed the department of operational work and crime detection of the criminal police department, which was later renamed the department of operational search activity. In 2003-2004 - Deputy Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for educational work. From 2004 to 2010, he was head of the training department for the Main Directorate of Personnel the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The main militia Academy headed in March 2010.

Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Belarus Vasily Golubev, who was unanimously chosen by the team as the lead, invited the hero of the occasion to the stage. Even in her decoration it was clear that the portrait evening would be held according to an unusual scenario. So it happened. Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Vladimir Bachile was offered ... to pass the exam. Exam questions both together and separately prepared by all employees of the Academy.

Vladimir Vladimirovich had to pull the first ticket ... Noticeable excitement ... But after answering the first question, it became obvious that the examinee had accepted the rules of the game and felt confident in the test. Moreover, each answer was accompanied by applause of the hall.

The following test showed a great memory of the hero of the occasion. Everyone knows how easily he remembers faces and names, dates and situations. And on the screen flashed black and white photographs from the family album. Vladimir Vladimirovich called the years and circumstances under which the photos were taken. And again no slip! Two exams passed perfectly.

The life exam of being an officer’s wife was brilliantly endured by Irina Bachila. As she admitted, from the very beginning she believed in a spouse and his dream of becoming a general.

The Deputy Heads of the Academy, heads of faculties, departments, educational and methodical management and other departments of the university congratulated Vladimir Vladimirovich very sincerely and warmly on his way to the deserved rest.

The event organizers tried to combine numerous congratulations and prepared several videos for the hero of the occasion.

Being nine years at the head of the university, Vladimir Bachila in every way possible developed a partnership with police academies around the world. Therefore, a separate block on the screen broadcast video cards from foreign colleagues. For many years of cooperation and work in the position of Vice-President of the International Association of Police Academies INTERPA thanked Vladimir Vladimirovich and its President, Rector of the National Police Academy of Turkey, Professor Ilmaz Cholak.

The evening-portrait ended with words of gratitude for the long years of leadership of the police university from the head of the educational institution, Major General of Militia Sergei Doroshko, who noted the significance of the work done.

In response, Vladimir Bachila thanked the staff of the university for the joint results, scientific potential, cohesion and the desire to go forward.

The final chord of the evening was the musical composition “Vivat, Academy!” Performed by the cadets.

Vladimir Bachila will continue pedagogical and research activities in the main militia Academy.
